Does Merlin’s Roofing offer Roof Inspections?

Absolutely, if you have any doubt about the integrity or functionality of your roof, reaching out to us is the 1st step.  We can provide both verbal or written inspections with a detailed report and photos, depending on your preference. While other roofing companies will often only briefly inspect the roof covering and try to force you into a new roof, Merlin’s Roofing will provide you with a detailed report that encompasses the roof covering, structure, insulation, and ventilation.
We will never pressure you into a new roof. Our Roof Inspections are for informational purposes only and you will never be asked to make decisions the day of the report being delivered. The only time we ever require quick decisions is if we find a leak. One final note on inspections is that you should always get a roof inspection after any extreme weather event has occurred.
